Bread or not

I’ve just bought a Bread making machine and this is my first effort – a small loaf of Cheese and Onion Bread from a packet of bread mix. The machine has 15 options but I wasn’t daunted, so I chose the French Bread option with a medium crusty colour. Thus after approximately 3 hours the bread was ready and tasty. The whole process was very simple to follow so, when I get some yeast I’ll try some of my own creations maybe some fruity breads like Orange or Blueberry and of course Banana Bread.
